Caring for Your Board:

• Cleaning: Wipe surface clean with hot soapy water immediately after use, dry with a clean, dry dish towel. For an all-natural stain removal remedy, dampen the board with warm water and sprinkle coarse salt and/or baking soda over it. Cut a lemon in half and rub over the board while gently squeezing to release the juice. Let stand for 5 minutes and use a scrub brush to remove excess. Avoid abrasive cleaning products.
• Water Caution: Never submerge or leave in standing water.
• Additional Care: Depending on your use and location, your board may need more frequent oiling. We recommend nourishing your board, especially after washing, applying our Food Safe Natural Wood Oiling Wax.
